On the morning of April 3, Feng Fei, a Standing Committee Member of CPC Zhejiang committee and an Executive Deputy Governor of Zhejiang Province, led the General Office, Development and Reform Committee, and the Commerce Department of Zhejiang province to visit HC SemiTek Limited, Zhejiang for survey and providing "triple-service".

Chen Xiao, a standing committee member of CPC Jinhua committee and Executive Deputy Mayor of Jinhua City, Lin Yi, a Standing Committee Member of CPC Jinhua committee and the Secretary of CPC Yiwu committee, and Chen Xiaozhong, a standing committee member of CPC Yiwu committee and Executive Deputy Mayor of Yiwu City, joined the visit. On HC Semitek's side, the Honorary President Zhou Fuyun, President Dr. Liu Rong, Vice President Dr. Wang Jiangbo, and Vice President Wang Guoxun received the guests. Mr. Feng Fei was led into the technology hall of HC Semitek and carefully listened to HC Semitek officers giving an introduction to the development of the enterprise, getting a thorough understanding of the production process of LED Expiwafers, HC Semitek's construction of the team of talents, and technological innovation. Mr. Feng convened an on-site panel discussion, in which he listened to the opinions of HC Semitek on how the government can best support the development of the enterprise.

The Deputy Governor pointed out the need of further deepening reforms, reinforcing institutional design, and optimizing the talents policies to provide inclusive, precise services to talents that enterprises rely on; the government shall support the real economy and the development of large-scale enterprises by enacting preferential tax and financing policies; the government shall pay heed to corporate innovations and provide policy support to make Yiwu enterprises more creative and more competitive, building up a better platform for the development of modern industry. The Deputy Governor praised HC Semitek for playing a leading role in the clustered construction of characteristic towns and the build-up of an integral industrial ecology system by using the HC Semitek optoelectronics chain.
