The 10th China International Semiconductor Lighting Forum (CHINASSL 2013), an annual event of the global semiconductor lighting sector, was held in Beijing from Nov. 11 to 13, 2013. Bringing together leading experts, scholars and businesspersons from different industries at home and abroad, this forum is an unprecedented event in the international industry. It was attended by the leaders and guests of government bodies and industry associations such as the Ministry of Science and Technology, Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology, International SSL Alliance, and China Solid State Lighting Alliance, as well as experts and scholars at home and abroad, and nearly 1,500 representatives from the industry.

The awards ceremony was held for individuals who have made outstanding contribution to the global semiconductor lighting sector and the award-winning companies selected by CSA semiconductor lighting industry in 2013. Thanks to its strong comprehensive strength and stable developments, HC Semitek becomes one of the benchmark companies in the semiconductor lighting sector and won the “2013 Most Innovative Enterprise of the Year” award.

Since its inception 8 years ago, HC Semitek R&D steps up investment year by year, and continuously launches products. It has developed serial high-voltage chip products and flip-chip products and is committed to working with customers to produce market-oriented innovative products. The Wuhan plant boasts a monthly production capacity of 120,000 wafers (equivalent to 2-inch epitaxial wafers). The first-phase project of Suzhou plant produces 35,000 4-inch epitaxial wafers monthly (equivalent to 140,000 2-inch epitaxial wafers). It has initiated the second-phase project with annual output of 480,000 2-inch red and yellow light LED epitaxial wafers (for self-use) and 15.4 billion red and yellow light chips.
